Khilen Rughani is an experienced physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal pain and rehabilitation. He is trained in a wide range of techniques, including massage therapy, shoulder and knee rehabilitation, electrotherapy and acupuncture. His knowledge and experience of a wide range of techniques allows him to provide high-quality, personalised treatment for all his patients.
Khilen graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2005. His career began at the John Radcliffe NHS Hospital in Oxford, where he gained valuable experience in all areas of physiotherapy, such as trauma and sports injuries, spinal and peripheral musculoskeletal conditions, general and neurological rehabilitation.
He is trained in acupuncture, massage therapy, shoulder and knee rehabilitation, back pain, electrotherapy, management and business.
Khilen is passionate about working within a multi-disciplined team, and is keen to combine his physiotherapy skills to ensure clients are pain free and fully functional, keeping them fit for life so they can enjoy their sport.
Khilen’s love of sport, particularly running and tennis, led him into the field of physiotherapy, to learn how to enhance the human body so it is more adaptable to specific functional activities.
In his free time he enjoys swimming, running, tennis, water polo, and is looking into learning aqua hockey.
