Cupping

Cupping uses glass or plastic cups that are placed on the skin to disperse ad break up stagnation and congestion of blood and toxins.

It is a form of inverse massage that uses gentle pressure to pull muscles upwards. It loosens muscles, encourages blood flow and sedates the nervous system.

You can opt for dry cupping or wet cupping which includes blood letting.
