What to expect from Nutritional Therapy

During the initial consultation, I ask patients a series of questions to understand their health history, their current symptoms, diet and lifestyle. We then define the specific goals patients want to focus on. At the end of the consultation, I provide each patient with a personal plan which includes food to introduce into the existing diet to support particular issues, supplements if appropriate and lifestyle advice. Functional testing is also discussed if necessary.

The follow up consultation can take place a couple of weeks after the initial appointment or at a later stage depending on the health concerns.

With Sandrine, you will be offered simple but effective nutritional advice to address either family or individual health goals. She likes to work in collaboration with her patients. Once realistic goals have been set, Sandrine offers regular support to ensure maximum improvements. This can be done via email, text or on the telephone depending on the patient’s preference. Sandrine also offers home visits to advise on meal planning, healthy shopping and food waste reduction.

Sandrine’s approach is personal, supportive and tailored to your specific needs.

She has a particular interest in women’s nutrition throughout the life stages, weight management, stress management, digestive issues and food sensitivities. These are all issues she has had to deal with herself.

“I truly believe that food can be nourishing and healing. Originally from France, I am a real foodie and I was lucky to grow up eating fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. My passion is to inspire families about healthy cooking with real taste and provide them with the tools to look after their own health.”
